Hippo’s journey began when Mia Gammelgaard asked if we wanted to produce her contribution to the Danish Cabinetmakers’ Autumn Exhibition, “White-Out”. “Of course!” we said and embarked on the project without a moment’s delay. Instead of forming the frame in gentle bends, Osko + Deichmann have folded the steel tubes.
